Al & B's didn't start in a restaurant. It started at a backyard cookout, a couple of smokers, and a neighborhood that wouldn't stop asking, "When are you doing this again?"
We learned barbecue the old way — patience over speed, quality over convenience. Every cut of meat is selected by hand, rubbed with our secret blend, and smoked low and slow through the night so it's ready when you walk in.
